Elections for Central Florida Paralegal Association Inc.’s
2011
Officers and Directors have been completed.
Pursuant to
Central Florida Paralegal Association Inc.(“CFPA”) Bylaws, Article VI
§6.3 – Election: Officers shall be elected by mail or electronic ballot prior
to CFPA's Annual Meeting and shall take office at the Annual Meeting. An
officer shall serve for a period of one (1) year and until his or her successor
is elected, or until his or her earlier resignation, removal from office or
death. The Second Vice President, Secretary,
Treasurer and NALA Liaison may serve consecutive terms.
Only those members categorized as "Active" or "Sustaining" Members are allowed to run for office.
